Cherry tomato spaghetti

Serves about 2



300g Cherry tomatoes cut into halves,6 garlic cloves,75ml olive oil,40g Pine nuts,400g Spaghetti,,


Place tomatoes and garlic on a baking tray, oil and season them. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins.
Boil the spaghetti, drain and put back in a pan and pour on the roasted toms and garlic, add nuts and oil.
