Cheats Thai Beef with chilli

This is a really nice quick easy Thai style dish which never fails and everyone likes.

Serve with stir fry veg and some rice.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

600g rump or frying steak
Bunch of spring onions, coarsly chopped
2.5cm ginger grated
125g button mushrooms
1 medium green pepper, seeds removed and sliced,
2 medium chillies, seeds removed and finely chopped,
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tbspns soy sauce
2 tbspns oyster sauce
4 tbspns sweet chilli sauce
1 tbspn groundnut oil

Method


Chop and prepare all meat and veg and have ingredients ready.
Heat wok or large pan until starting to smoke slightly. Add beef, vegetables, ginger and garlic and stir fry for a couple of minutes until beef is browned.
Add soy,oyster, and sweet chilli sauces.Turn down heat and cook for a further 3-5 minutes depending how crisp you like your veg to be.
Serve! It's as simple as that!
