Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms in a little oil until soft. Add some flour to soak up oil. Add slurp of water(not much) and some gravy granules. Add pulses and tins. Cook till soft. Put in serving dish and allow to cool until top is solid. Cover with mash and cheese and pop in oven till bubbly

Serve with any veg
Ingredients
an assortment of pulses -i used chickpeas and yellow split peas. small tin of butter beans and small tin of heinz curry beans. 1 onion red pepper and a few mushrooms. veg gravy granules 1 tsp worcester sauce. Enough mash potato to cover dish. cheese
Method
