Serve with boiled white rice or noodles and stir fried vegebables.
Ingredients
Cut beef into strips,MARINADE:,2 Tbs Light Soya Sauce,1 Tbs Maizena (cornmeal),2 Tbs Brown Sugar,,,
Method
This marinade is enough for approx. 500g meat. Beat together and pour over meat. Stir occasionally and marinade for 1/2 day.Heat non stick pan and add a little margerine. Add meat and stir fry for a short while.
