Butternut Curry

Ingredients
600g butternut,60ml butter,5ml cumin seeds,5 ml black mustard seeds,3 dried red chillies,3 sticks cinnamon,1 large onion finely sliced,3ml fresh ginger ground,1 bunch curry leaves,1ml salt ,30ml sugar,,
Method
Skin and cut butternut into cubes. Heat butter in a pot, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chillies, cinnamon, onion, ginger and curry leaves and fry gently until onion is golden (not burnt). Add butternut, salt and sugar and small amount of water and simmer until cooked.Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
