OH's potato salad if not watching weight, or serve with nice ciabatta rolls, various salad selections.



Good beef mince but must have some fat. Onion chopped small and fried. Big handful of chopped coriander. Seasoning. ,If I know all the burgers will be eaten on the day I might not fry the onion first then I will blitz the onion in the blitzing machine.


Combine all ingredients and maybe add a smidgeon of tomato puree or soy sauce. Make up into burgers, I usually use a large round pastry cutter to get a nice shape. Place in fridge for at least 30 mins to help prevent the burgers breaking up when cooking. Cook in hot oven at 200 C for about 20 mins, it does depend on the size of burger, or cook on hot BBQ
