Brie with Prunes in Port Sauce
Put the bread on a serving dish and pour a bit of the port sauce (which you have let reduce a bit) on each slice. As dessert put a slice of bread with brie and prunes on each plate!
MethodWarm up the port in a pan with the honey. Add the prunes and simmer for 10 minutes. Put the slices of bread in an oven tray or dish, put a slice of brie on each of them and a prune on the top. Put it under the grill till the cheese starts to melt.
