Belgian Spaghetti
Submitted by danielle 14 February 2012
My mum used to make this when we were young, having a large family made this a cheap filling meal.
Ingredients
Spaghetti (1 pack for 4 people), 1 tube of tomato puree, 250 gr boiled ham, 300gr smoked bacon lardons, 200 gr Gruyere cheese grated
Method
Put a large pan of wate on the boil, add salt - fry the bacon until crisp and keep warm - chop the ham in small pieces, when the water boils add the spaghetti and simmer until tender, drain and add hot bacon bits, ham, tomato puree and cheese, mix well and serve
