Baked Spaghetti

Serves 6



Enough spaghetti for 3,lump of butter,Cup of grated parmesan,2 tubs ricotta cheese,1lb mince,1 jar Italian dress sauce basil & onion,1 jar tomato frito,150g mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 170º Circo.
Brown mince and add jar of italian sauce and jar of tomato frito.
Cook spaghetti as per instructions on packet. Add butter and ½ the parmesan.
Put in dish and spread over ricotta and sprinkle over
1/4 of parmesan.
Spoon over meat sauce.
Top with mozzarella and remaining parmesan.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins.
Remove foil and continue baking for 15 mins or until cheese is lightly browned or pop under the grill.
Let stand for 10 mins before serving.
