Baby Octopus Sardinian style

This is a great Sardinian dish, passed on to me by a great Sardinian friend.
Ingredients

500 gr. Moscardini (baby octopus) thoroughly washed and cleaned
3 Laurel leaves
1 white onion sliced
1 red chili, sliced
600 ml Cannonau wine (or a full bodied red)
200 gr. Double tomato concentrate
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
