BIRIYANI PASTE

This Receipe paste could be kept for a long time and 2 table spoons should be enough, make the, curry, Fry Onions till golden , two spoons of paste add diced Meat, mutton or Chicken, cook til tender, mix with cooked rice (4 Cups) Enjoy

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

Soak overnight 1 tea spoon fenugreek seeds in little cold water. Ingredients 5 Large cloves of garlic 2 tbl spoons chopped fresh ginger 4 green chillies 1 cup tightly packed fresh mint leaves 2 cups tightly packed fresh coriande

Method

METHOD Measure 1 teaspoon soaked fenugreek seeds and put in blender with garlic, ginger, mint, coriander, and vinegar. Blend till very smooth mix in salt and ground spices. Heat oil till very hot, add blended mixture bring to boil. Turn off heat. Cool and bottle. Oil should cover top of paste. Add more hot oil if necessary.
