Popular in the Philippines, the chorizo and olives are as a result of Spanish influence. The chopped liver & grated cheese gives the sauce a thicker and richer texture

Very easy and tastes great. Beef, beer, onion and mushrooms. Goes well with mash and could be made as a pie filling.
