Start by making the breadcrumbs - these can be doing in the oven while you take your time trying not to cut yourself!

This curry is delicious , but i cut down on the amount of oil it states as you dont need this amount.

You can if you dare, substitute the naturalplain low fat yoghurt for double cream (delicious). If using the low fat yoghurt, to prevent it from curdling, add it very VERY slowly.
