A friend gave me this recipe years ago, the garlic helps keep away fleas. NB. different flours absorb different quantities of liquid, if too dry add water, if too wet add flour. If you haven't got a processor they can be made by hand.

This started out as a basic cheese Pudding which my mum used to make.I wanted to add more of a flavour tp the recipe so i added marrow and bacon and it worked out a treat.

The meatballs can be made the day before and stored covered in the fridge or frozen uncooked, for several months. Serves 4 (hmmm unless you like us and piggies)
