am very loathed to share this with you..but what the heck, this is gorgeous, so moist and tasty...But I cook mine of a gas BBQ with a hood, could be done in the oven. NEEDS OVERNIGHT MARINATING. and you will need 2 or 3 long metal skewers

I make this time after time during the summer time, and occassionally during the winter especially served hot..but its equally delish cold, and the rice serves a good side dish for other occassions, ie picnics and bbq's or even just on its own.

This makes a fantastic starter, make sure that the camembert cheese is ripe for maximum flavour and effect. To ring a change try sprigs of thyme instead of using sage, I prefer it this way. Please note that as Camembert cheese is made from unpasteu
