This dish is the presumed origin of Chicken Tikka Masala - it is basically chicken tikka pieces with a rich tomato sauce. The chicken can be prepared in advance and can used for other curry dishes.

This is my favourite chicken dish cooked in a slow cooker. I have a family size cooker, so the quantities I use serve approx 6 servings, so make sure you buy a chicken that will fit your cooker.
