Kiwi Salad
Ingredients
5 kiwis
3 peppers
3 tomatoes
50 g of Emmenthal cheese
100 g of corn
1 lemon
Chili
Salt
Method
Dice the kiwi, tomatoes and peppers. Add the corn and Emmenthal cheese (diced) and season with chili, salt and a squeeze of lemon.Serve cold.
