Kiwi Pina Colada Smoothie
This is a lovely, low fat and refreshing recipe for breakfast and supplies over 100% of your daily Vitamin C requirement.
Per person: 1 Kiwi, thick slice of pineapple, 100ml reduced fat coconut milk, 100ml low fat Greek style yoghurt. If you prefer it thinner you can add pineapple juice to taste.
Peel and slice kiwi, chop pineapple and add all ingredients to blender. Blend until thick and smooth. Adjust thickness to your taste with pineapple juice. Enjoy!
