Kiwi Fruit Ice
A lovely zingy frozen dessert for hot summer days.
4 kiwi fruit, peeled
2 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 Tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup water
1/2 cup golden syrup
1/2 cup sugar
Heat sugar, golden syrup and water in a pan for approx 2 mins.
When sugar mixture has cooled blend kiwis, lemon juice and peel until smooth, then add suggar mix and blend to mix.
Pour into shallow try and freeze for approx 3hrs, stirring frequently.
