Tastes absolutely wicked which is why we call it Evil Chocolate fudge. I use a 21cm square tin which means that the fudge squares are nice and thick!

Delicious pudding from France.
This is a rich cake and I think it needs the raspberry sauce or whole raspberries or strawberries served with it.
This is about the only chocolate mousse that I eat. It's so delicious, it melts in your mouth!
Ideal Light Pud. Favourite with my Family for many years.
