So easy and a favourite with children. Tastes just like a Terrys Chocolate Orange. This was passed down to me by my motheer in law who copied it out from the Peoples` Friend many moons ago!!
Decided to experiment with the basic fruit trifle recipe and came up trumps with this combination. You will need a glass bowl or dish to serve this in approx 30cm in diameter. Quantities will vary on the exact size and shape of your bowl.
This is a recipe from a booklet that comes with Le Creuset tatin dish. It's very very delicious. A word of warning: 35 minutes is not long enough, at this temperature. I had to leave mine in the oven for about 45 minutes. If, like me, you don't like

This is my favourite indulgence pudding of all time.
A lovely no bake cake - a bit old fashioned or even retro, but scrummy all the same.
Rice pudding with chocolate....what's not to like?

Great store-cupboard standby, quick and cheap to make. Ideal to pop in the oven once the Sunday roast has come out. You will end up with a chocolate sponge with chocolate sauce. Serves 4.
This makes a lovely celebration cake or just a rather decadent tea-time treat. There is a photo of my version on DQ's Recipe Picture web site.
This is one is for chocolate lovers... the combination of the dark chocolate and the cream gives this a wonderful milky chocolate flavour. A really useful dessert for when you're entertaining. It can be made days ahead and frozen.
