Knead lightly, ( you may need to dust work surface with a little icing sugar), cut in half, and knead pink colour. into one half, shape into bars about 9 x3.
lay one on top of the other and press together.
leave to set and dry out slightly before cutting into small slices. place in small sweet cases.
Store in airtight container - at it's best for up to a week.

it's good partly dipped in chocolate too!
Ingredients
250g icing sugar sieved,175g desiccated coconut,200g sweetened condensed milk,few drops pink food colouring
Method
large bowl - mix together sugar, coconut and condensed milk.Knead lightly, ( you may need to dust work surface with a little icing sugar), cut in half, and knead pink colour. into one half, shape into bars about 9 x3.
