incredibly easy



1 bought pastry case 1 tub 1/2 fat creme fraiche Zest and juice of 1 lemon 1 egg beaten 1 tablespoon sugar


mix all ingredients together and place in pastry case place on middle shelf of oven gas mark4 for 20 mins turn down to gas mark 3 for 15 mins . Enjoy
