POSTRE TRES LECHES (3 milk's dessert)
Many of you ask me for this recipe, is a nice dessert and different, I choose this because I think is long but clear and easy to make. But if you have any doubt please asking me.
Method1. In a bowl beat the eggs and 1/2 cup of sugar (100 grs.) until smooth and creamy.
2. Beat in other bowl the white eggs and the other 1/2 cup of sugar until foamy. Add this mix to the other yolks mixture with electric beaters and the salt, vainilla and lemon peel. Now add blending gently the flour, corn flour and baking podwer mixing well.
3. Preheat the oven (gas) about (180º) and grease an 8 inch (20 cm) square pan with parchment paper and bake the mix for 15 minutes. Chilling for a while and after cut the cake in squares of 5 cm aprox. an each one in two capes.
4. For the mixing of thre milks put in a saucepan the condensed milk, the evaporated milk and double cream, cook to medium to slow heat to lukewarm and put the mix on a jar.
5. In a large dish put 4 squares one above other and repeat until make 12 desserts. Spillover over the cakes all the mix of cream three milks until be absorbed. Cover with a plastic film and let at the refrigerator all the night if is possible or 5 hours minimum.
6 Meringue In a sauce pan put 1 cup of sugar with cold water (1/2 cup) and cook slow until make an syrup with the sugar. In a bowl beat the 3 whites and add the syrup until is stiff.
Put the cakes in a dish and cover with the meringue and serve.
