Fruit Salad with Pepper
Distribute the fruit salad through individual bowls (it should be enough for 4 people) or serve in a big bowl. Decorate with the cream and a few grains of pepper.
MethodPut all the fruit cut in pieces in a bowl (don’t peal the prunes…) and let them marinate in the wine, the vinegar, the pepper and the sugar for at least one hour. After that sieve the juices and put them in a pan. Let it boil softly till you have a not too thick syrup. Add it to the fruit once more and let rest in the fridge till it is time to serve. If needed add a bit of sugar but it should be all right!
