Measure 4 tablespoons of water into a basin & add the gelatine. Stir over a saucepan of hot water until dissolved. I microwave it.
Stir in the coffee & sugar until it’s all dissolved.. Remove basin from saucepan.
Whisk the evaporated milk until thick & leaves a trail when whisk is lifted
.
Gradually whisk in the coffee mixture. It will be very light and fluffy.
Turn into a bowl or glass dishes and leave to set. Decorate.

EASY COFFEE MOUSSE

Ingredients
1 large can evaporated milk (chilled overnight in fridge),1 sachet gelatine,2 level tablespoons coffee granules,4 rounded tablespoons caster sugar,whipped cream & grated chocolate to decorate,
Method
Make sure the milk is thoroughly chilled.Measure 4 tablespoons of water into a basin & add the gelatine. Stir over a saucepan of hot water until dissolved. I microwave it.
Stir in the coffee & sugar until it’s all dissolved.. Remove basin from saucepan.
