Cream Liqueur Berries
Another easy dessert - makes 4 in shot glasses.
- 150ml/5fl oz double cream
- 75g/3oz white chocolate, broken up
- 2 tabsp cream liqueur/Baileys
- pinch of cinnamon
- 275g/10oz mixed berries eg raspberries, strawberries, blueberries washed
In a small saucepan melt the chocolate with the double cream over a low heat. Remove from the heat and add the liqueur and cinnamon. Prepare the fresh fruit by cutting any large pieces in halves or quarters , mix together and divide between four serving dishes. Use small shot glasses. You could substitute the fresh fruit for frozen summer fruit and pour over the hot sauce - they will soon defrost! Use dark or milk chocolate to make another variation of the sauce and pour over steamed chocolate sauce - also good over ice cream.
