Corned Beef Crumble

Serves 4 I like serving this with a few boiled or mashed potatoes, carrots and gravy.



1lb Corned Beef ,6oz plain flour ,3oz rolled oats (porridge oats can be used) ,2oz butter (at room temperature) ,1 x 28g packet ready salted crisps (crunched up) 3 - 4oz grated strong cheese (cheddar is ideal) ,1 teaspoon Worcester Sauce ,little water ,,


1 Cover the bottom of a casserole dish about 1/4? deep with cold water, mix in the Worcester Sauce.
2 Mince or finely chop the corned beef, sprinkle over the water.
3 Sieve flour into a large mixing bowl.
4 Add butter, rub in to the fine breadcrumb stage.
5 Add rolled oats, crisps and cheese, mix extreemly well).
6 Sprinkle over the corned beef.
7 Bake at 190 centigrade for 20 minutes until a light golden colour.
