Cinnamon Icecream

Very good with apple pie or brandied dried fruit salad.
Ingredients
1/2 level teaspoon each cinnamon and nutmeg,2 oz. castor sugar,5 fluid oz carton double cream,250g. tub mascarpone,approx. 400 g. tub fresh custard sauce,
Method
Put spices, sugar and cream in small pan, bring slowly to boil and leave to infuse until cold.Beat mascarpone cheese until smooth and slowly mix in the custard and spiced cream. Churn in icecream maker or just mix by hand, cover and freeze.
