Chocolate chestnut truffle cake.

Serve with Raspberries or strawberries, to cut through the richness.



60g Melted butter.,200g Crushed digestive biscuits.,225g Chocolate dark or milk.,115g Butter.,270g Chestnut puree (unsweetened).,270g Caster sugar.,


1, Mix together biscuits and melted butter.
2, Press into a 8-9 loose bottomed tin.
3, Melt chocolate and 115g butter in a glass bowl over hot water.
4, Beat chestnut puree and caster sugar together till well mixed. Pour in melted chocolate mixture and beat well.
5, Pour onto biscuit base, smooth the top.
6, Chill in fridge.
