Chocolate Mousse

Annie and I had this in France when we visited my brother and SIL, it's Claudette's recipe.

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

75 grams sugar,3 eggs separated,1 bar 85% chocolate,,

Method

Whisk egg whites and gradually add sugar.
Melt chocolate in bowl over a saucepan hot water
Add egg yolks to chocolate, mix, then gradually fold egg whites into mixture.
Divide into 4/4 glass dishes and chill.
