Quite rich - serve small slices!
Ingredients
6 Four Finger Kit Kats,1oz melted butter,,about 16oz (large) tub mascarpone cheese ,200ml double cream (whipped up),juice of 1 lime,zest of 2 limes,1 or 2 oz sugar (depends how sweet you like it)
Method
*smash up kit kats and mix with melted butter, and use to line a large 20cm cake tin (size doesn't really matter) chill til firm.*Mix together all other ingredients. Spoon over kit kat base and chill for 1 hour (til set)
