Add nectarines and raspberries
Sprinkle over sugar, orange zest and liquer. Toss together
Cover and chill for one hour
Divide fruit between 8 large wine glasses.
Pour over champagne!

Boozy Fruit salad

serve on its own (hic) or with icecream NOT cream which would curdle
Ingredients
225g strawberries,4 nectarines (stoned and cut into wedges),225g raspberries,6 tbsp caster sugar,zest of one orange,4 tbsp cointreau or any fruit liquer,1 bottle medium-dry champagne or sparkling wine (chilled)
Method
Cut any large strawberries in half and put in bowlAdd nectarines and raspberries
Sprinkle over sugar, orange zest and liquer. Toss together
Cover and chill for one hour
Divide fruit between 8 large wine glasses.
