Baked Rice Pudding

A lovely baked rice pudding.



55g Pudding rice,30g Caster sugar,500ml Milk,Grated nutmeg,15g Butter,


Rinse the pudding rice in cold water. Drain well.
Place in a 750ml buttered dish.
Add the sugar and milk. Allow to soak and soften in the milk for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake at 140ºC Conventional for 2 hours until the rice is soft and creamy.
