BARBADOS CREAM

Ingredients

284ML DOUBLE CREAM,300G GREEK YOGHURT,APPROX. 75G BROWN SUGAR (DEMERARA ORDINARY SOFT BROWN SUGAR OR WHATEVER YOU’VE GOT IN THE CUPBOARD),

Method

Mix cream and yoghurt together and beat til fairly but not too stiffly thick. Pour into the bowl. Sprinkle over it a thick carpet of brown sugar, cover with clingfilm and leave somewhere cool for at least 12 hours or better still 24 hours.
