Auntie Mabel's simplest-ever dessert

The Demerara sugar melts into the cream mixture overnight and makes a lovely topping

 
 
 
 

Ingredients

10 fluid oz double cream; ,10 fluid oz Greek yoghurt; ,Demerara sugar

Method

Whip the cream until it's stiff; fold in the yoghurt.
Sprinkle the sugar over the top.
Refrigerate overnight.
