Submitted by Francisca 11 June 2009
Eventually you can decorate each glass with a bit of whipped cream. Serve very cold!
Ingredients
3 grapefruits,4 oranges,200g prunes without stones,4 gelatin leaves,15 dl lemon liquor,
Method
Peal the grapefruits and the oranges so that you have no skins at all, only the parts and cut each part in two. Press what is left over so that you are left with 150ml of juice. If necessary press another orange or grapefruit. Cut the prunes in bits a bit the same size as the other fruit. Divide all the fruits through cocktail glasses. Soaken the gelatin leaves in a bit of cold water. Warm up the fruit juice in a small pan, add the gelatin and mix till it is completely dissolved. Add the lemon liquor making sure that there are no bubbles. Let it cool off a bit without starting to set. Fill the glasses with this liquid. Eventually you can decorate each glass with a bit of whipped cream. Serve very cold!Recipe images are not uploaded yet.
