After Eight Mousse

1 big pot extra thick double cream (ordinary double cream works just as well if you can't get the extra thick),1 box of After Eights.


Reserve 4 of the After Eights and melt the rest in a pan over a gentle heat.
Cool for a few minutes
Whisk the cream until thick and then fold in the melted chocolate mints.
Put in the fridge until set.
Just before seving decorate with reserved mints.
