LINE A SHEET PAN W/PARCHMENT PAPER draw a
9 in circle on the paper in large bowl beat egg whites on hi till stiff peaks form add cream of tartar to whites, add
add 3/4 sugar slowly continue to beat, mix 1/4c sugar w/cotnstarch fold into meringue w/lemon juice& vinegar
spoon 1/3 of mixture on baking sheet in shape of circle
put remainder in piping bag and pipe around circle.
spoon swirls around edges to form a shallow bowl shape. bake 300oF FOR BAKE 1 1/2 HR TILL BROWN
TURN OVEN OFF BUT LEAVE IN OVEN REMOVE AFTER
AT LEAST 1 HR

FILL center of circle w 12 pt whip, cream whip w10 oz castor sugar and 1 tblsp orange liqueur fill case wcream add 2c strawberries on top of cream save some cream to put on top of strawberries enjoy make sure no yolk in egg whites when u whip,

a add5 egg whites srperated ,pinch cream of tartar,2 tsp cornflour,1 2/3 cups caster sugar (lighter than reg sugar),1 tsp vinegar,1 tsp vanilla ex,
