A very quick and easy chocolate cake with the consistency of brownies. I've used chocolate chips here but I've also made it with a) chopped eating apple to make chocolate and apple slice with teaspoon ground cinnamon b) around Christmas you can buy

Cake ideal for marzipan and sugar pasting. Good cutting qualities and keeps well for up to 10 days. I have used Callebaut 53% chocolate callets for this but you can use your preffered chocolate

Tastes absolutely wicked which is why we call it Evil Chocolate fudge. I use a 21cm square tin which means that the fudge squares are nice and thick!
