Cheesecake

Simple and gorgeous (bit like me)

Cheesy Apple Tart

This recipe uses a fast and easy method for a biscuit/ pastry base.  Make sure the cream cheese is soft before using to prevent lumps in the mixture. 

This tart is good cold or warm with vanilla ice cream.

Cherry Clafoutis

delicious made with freshly picked and warm soft cherries. can be quite filling but serves 4-6.

Chilled Lemon Flan

A  simple dessert, good enough to serve at a dinner party.

Chilled Raspberry Cheesecake. Serves 8 - 10

I like this one, it is an extremely easy recipe. Because you use a lemon jelly there is no need to fiddle with gelatine.

Chocolate - Up & Over Pud

Gorgeous rich chocolate sponge with a thick fudgey-nutty  sauce.

Rather rich,  so serves 6 with a thick cream or ice cream accompaniment

Chocolate and Rum Cheesecake

This is an old favourite that I've been making for over 30 years. Sometimes I use plain digestives and stir in ground ginger or cinnamon when mixing with the butter.
