This is one of those 'throw it together' miracle puddings, great for a quick family pudding & it serves 6. My kids love it. Creates a pudding top, & choc sauce underneath. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or pouring cream.
Originally these weren't gluten free, but a quick swap of the base makes them so - just remember to check all packets (inc chocolate) to make sure they are also gluten free. If you don't need gluten free, then the Bahlsen choc biscuits work really
