This was on the Britains Best Dish, It is so simple, easy and quick and a great alternative to Apple Pie. Use a deep dish as the apple may bubble and raise the crump topping when being cooked. Pre-Heat the Oven to 170 degrees C

I use these apples for anything from pies to puffs to just on their own. The amounts depend on how many servings are wanted but this is what I do for four puff pastry rounds (Delia Cheat).
