This Quiche is reputed to have been served up to King Henry 1V about 1399. The name Quiche is I think a little off the mark..I would say it's more a custard tart...what do you think????

This was given to me by my friend Carol. I tried it at her house and absolutely fell in love with it. It is INCREDIBLY rich but then again I have a formidable sweet tooth so even managed seconds. I like using ginger snaps although I am sure digestive
