chocolate chip cookies

i have made this recipe many times and the cookies work out perfect just follow point to point and you will have to best cookies in less than 20 mins =] Hope You Enjoy The Cookies :)



225g of butter or margerine 140g of caster sugar 50g of cocoa powder 1 egg 2 tsp. of vanilla extract 85g of white choco chips 85g of milk choco chips plain chocolate (roughly chopped) 225g of plain flour a pinch of salt baking pap


*Pre-Heat Oven To 190 Before Beginning* 1. put the butter and caster sugar in a bowl and cream it 2. put the egg YOLK and vanilla extract and wisk and mix in 3. then siv in the flour ,cocoa powder ,and salt then mix in 4. add in the chocolate chips 5. then make the dough into balls and flatten then then get the plain chocolate and put the chocolate onto the top of them 6. place in a pre-heated oven for 10-12 mins 7. wait 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack untill completely cooled ENJOY !!!!
