6 ozs SR Flour,6 ozs sugar,6 ozs Fat,3 Eggs,3 Tablespoons Milk,½ teaspoon baking powder
Method
Mix sugar and fatAdd eggs
Add 2 tablespoons flour & milk, mix, ending with flour not forgetting the baking powder
Divide into 2
Microwave on medium for 5½ minutes
