LYNNE'S CHOCOLATE SLICE

Ingredients
1 1/2 c self raising flour 225 g,1/2 c sugar 110 g,3/4 c coconut 70 g,1/2 c melted butter,1/8 c Cadbury Bournville cocoa [ 2 tb UK],1 egg
Method
Mix well and press into slice tin [7x11] 180oC 12mins 180oC 20mins Ice with chocolate icing.When cold, make the icing. Sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl. Add the butter and enough hot water to make a thick but smooth consistency. After icing, sprinkle with the extra coconut. Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container.
