4oz/110g self raising flour,2oz/55g diced butter,cold water,,,
Method
1 Sieve the flour into a large mixing dowl2 Add the diced butter
3 Rub the butter in with the fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs
4 Add sufficient cold water to make a soft but not a sticky dough.
5 Divide the mixture into 4.
6 Gently roll the mixture into balls
7 Drop doughboys into the soup/casserole/mince/stew immediately and cook for 20 minutes
