Add the egg yolk.
Work in the flour and cornflour.
Add the choc chips (and sultanas).
Form into balls on a couple of baking trays and flatten slightly. Make sure they are well spaced as they will spread.
Bake for 15-17 mins at about 325F or equivalent.
Leaving them in longer will make them crispier.
Cool on a wire tray.

So easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients
4 oz butter,2 oz brown sugar plus 2 oz caster sugar,1 egg yolk,6 oz SR flour plus 1 tbsp cornflour,2 oz choc chips (or use grated chocolate),2 oz sultanas optional
Method
Cream the butter and sugar.Add the egg yolk.
Work in the flour and cornflour.
Add the choc chips (and sultanas).
Form into balls on a couple of baking trays and flatten slightly. Make sure they are well spaced as they will spread.
