Chocolate Fudge Refrigerator cake or Tiffin
This is sometimes called Tiffin, either way a lovely no-bake cake!
12oz Chocolate milk or plain whatever you fancy really!
3 tabspns golden syrup,
2oz raisins (cherries apricots anything you fancy really),
8oz digestive biscuits crushed,,
Lighly oil a swiss roll tin.
Place 7oz of the chocolate together with the butter and syrup and melt (microwave is fine). Add the fruit and biscuits and combine. Spoon into the swiss roll tin and chill in the fridge. Melt the remaining 5oz of chocolate and spread over the cake and leave to set. When set cut into squares, triangles whatever.
